Sustainability does not only mean taking care of our nature, but also taking care of the community. That´s why we buy as much as possible our groceries on the local market, freshly caught fish direct from the local fishermen and hand selected natural sea salt from the salt farms in Tejakula. And all our employees are from North Bali as well.

When booking sunrise tours & dolphin watching boat trips with our local fishermen our guests actively support the income of the community of fishermen of Tejakula. Desa Saya Eco Luxury Resort & Spa organizes those boat trips as a non-profit service.
